WINSCREEN

The Winscreen is a modern outdoor textile shading solution for family houses and office buildings with large glass surfaces. It provides shade for the interior and reduces the costs of air conditioning. At the same time, enough light remains in the room for everyone to work undisturbed. And it looks beautiful too.

Case system

External casement. Curved aluminum sheet with an external mounting cover. 45-degree angled aluminum casing end at the bottom. Overrun prevention device.
Plasterable casing. Structure with a lower mounting opening and a 90-degree aluminum casing end. Equipped with an extruded water-drip plaster edge and 20 mm facade insulation. The side rails are 53×22 extruded aluminum with noise-reducing inserts.

Operation

Manual or motorized operation. The motorized operation can be controlled via a remote control or a wall switch.

Colors

The color scheme for the casing, casing end, guide rail, and locking strip can be selected from the RAL color palette. If you prefer warm, natural tones, choose a casing covered with RENOLIT wood imitation foil!

Measurements

The Winscreen can be motorized for structures wider than 607 mm! Maximum manufactured dimensions depend on the chosen textiles, for both external and plasterable cassette versions:
Width: min. 60 cm max. 300 cm
Height: min. 40 cm max. 300 cm

MODERN COOLNESS

FIXSCREEN

The Fixscreen is an exceptionally modern outdoor textile shading system that serves three functions. It protects the interior from the wind (GIL products boast the best wind resistance, withstanding winds of up to 130 km per hour), shields against overheating, and, when closed, keeps mosquitoes outside.

Case system

The case is made from extruded aluminum profiles. The aluminum ends of the cassette are equipped with pins that fit into the side rail sockets. These are fitted with internal plastic profiles to assist in rolling. The cassette is equipped with a rounded pressed aluminum front panel that connects to the drawer profile and is removable during maintenance or when adjusting the rolling. This joint is not visible from the outside.
Material: Pressed aluminum profile, EN AW-6063 T66 alloy.
Surface treatment: Anodizing in a thickness of 20 microns.
Powder coating in the desired RAL color.

Side rails

The side rails are made with external and internal guide rails. The external guide rail (34 x 48 mm) consists of two parts made of pressed aluminum. These rails can be screwed directly onto the solid surface. The mounting screws are not visible from the front. The internal guide rail is made of high-strength plastic and is equipped with (60 mm long) neoprene buffers to protect the fabric in case of gusts of wind.
Material of the external guide rail: Pressed aluminum profile EN AW-6063 T66 alloy.
Surface treatment: Anodizing in a thickness of 20 microns.
Powder coating in the desired RAL color.
